Alongside fellow STEAM savvy educators, we will design K-12 learning pathways. Cross-district collaborations will be forged at the first in a series of learning pathway design gatherings. The group will be guided by regional experts in communication, game design, STEAM integration and joined by CREATE Lab team members.

Agenda:

8-8:30

• Celebrate the first three years of ABC CREATE successes in the classrooms over breakfast.
• Handle CREATE Lab technology available from the lending library. 

8:30-9

• Engage in a series of communication games and get-to-know fellow teachers from district partners. 

9-10:30

• Gallery walk industry go-tos for 21st Century learning standards and frameworks.
• Learn of beta pathway efforts on behalf of ABC CREATE.

10:30-noon

• Relate to others and get energized through playful activities led by City of Play.  

Noon-3

• Digest the ideas and information that has been presented to the group over lunch.
• Understand the intention of the ABC CREATE K-12 pathway building.
• Connect with your curated pathway writing partner.
• Develop your series of learning experiences that will result in 7-12 hours of lesson.
• Pitch your pathway to the group while being documented. 

After 3

• Hang out with CREATE Lab team members as partners in play.
• Win prizes!
• Celebrate the first three years of ABC CREATE successes
