I have taught in the Plum Borough School District for 13 years. The last two years I have taught 1st grade after spending 11 years teaching computers to Kindergarten through 6th grade. I have a bachelors in Elementary Education from Penn State University and a Masters in Instructional Technology from Duquesne University. I continue to try to incorporate new technologies and STEM related education into my first grade classroom. These technologies increase the amount of time students get to spend with hands-on experiences.
